Recently, the demand for Chinese used cars in markets such as Russia and five Central Asian countries has continued to rise, while competition in some Southeast Asian markets has intensified due to policy changes. Faced with the dynamic changes in the global market, Chinese exporters need to possess keen insight and quick response capabilities.

The overseas business leader of Xi'an Yijieyuan Used Car Import and Export Co., Ltd. shared their strategy: "We have adopted a market strategy of 'diversification' and 'precision'. On the one hand, we closely followed the 'the Belt and Road' initiative to stabilize the Central Asian and Eastern European markets; on the other hand, we have set up a market research team to conduct in-depth research on the laws, consumption preferences and competitive environment of emerging markets such as the Middle East and North Africa to prepare for the precise launch of models."

The person in charge also pointed out that exchange rate fluctuations, geopolitics, and destination country import policies are the main risks currently faced. He suggested that peer enterprises should closely cooperate with professional logistics, financial, and legal service institutions to jointly build an export chain with stronger risk resistance capabilities.
